ABSTRACT

Objective To compare the clinical characteristics and influence factors of hyperuricemia between genders,in order to provide references for better controlling and preventing the occurrence and development of hyperuricemiaprovide. Methods A total of 5 783 people who underwent physical examination in two Baoding Health Screening Centers from January 1st to June 1st,2016 were enrolled in this study, and all volunteers completed physical examination, laboratory examination and questionnaire survey.Patients with hyperuricemia were selected to analyse the clinical characteristics and influence factors. Results There were statistically significant differences in clinical characteristics, including obesity, blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipids, liver function, renal function, anemia, blood rheology examination, thyroid ultrasound and lateral radiographs, between male and female patients with hyperuricemia (P<0.05).The survey showed that there were statistically significant differences in age, education level, marital status, work status, sleeping status, smoking and drinking between male and female patients with hyperuricemia (P<0.05).The red blood cells counts, marital status and education level were influence factors for female patients with hyperuricemia, while have little effect on male patients. The smoking, creatinine and diastolic blood pressure were influence factors for male patients with hyperuricemia, while have no effect on female patients. Conclusion The clinical characteristics and the influencing factors of male and female patients with hyperuricemia are different,so corresponding preventive and therapeutic measures should be taken for male and female patients.

ABSTRACT

Objective To evaluate the dinical value of MCA and UtA Doppler parameters for the predication of fetus hypoxia. Methods407 singleton pregnancies at the third trimester were underwent Color Doppler,of which 67 cases were in high risk group and 340 cases were in control group.UtA-PI、UtA-RI、UtA-S/D、MCA-PI、MCA-RI and MCA-S/D were all measured. The ratio of UtA to MCA was calculated. All parameters were analyzed. ResultsIn high risk group,UtA-PI,UmA-RI and UtA-S/D were all higher than that in control group(all P<0.01),MCA-PI is lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the ratio of UtA to MCA was higher than that in control group(all P<0.01).By the standards of(UtA/MCA)-PI ≥ 0.72,(UtA/MCA)-RI ≥ 0.81,and(UtA/MCA)-S/D ≥ 0.74,the predication sensitivity of fetus hypoxia was 63.3%,and the specificity was 90.2%. ConclusionThe ratio of UtA to MCA could predict fetus hypoxia.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the relationship between velocities of ductus venosus(DV),inferior vena cava(IVC) and right hepatic vein(RHV) of fetus, and abnormal perinatal outcome in high-risk pregnancy so as to find out which venous velocity can predict abnormal perinatal outcome and which velocity is the best for predicting abnormal perinatal outcome. Methods Velocities of DV,IVC and RHV in 67 cases of high-risk pregnancy were examined through color Doppler and their relationship with perinatal outcome was analyzed respectively. Results RHV-pulsatility index(PI) ,DV-pre-load index(PLl) ,DV-S/A and IVC-peak velocity index(PVI) could all predict abnormal perinatal outcome in high-risk pregnancy. But RHV-PI had the best prediction, and when its positive cutoff value was taken as 2. 89,the sensitivity for abnormal outcome was 75. 0% ,the specificity was 76. 7% ,and the correct index (Youden index) was 0. 52. Conclusions RHV-PI can best predict abnormal perinatal outcome in high-risk pregnancy, which can help a lot for prompt clinical treatment.
